INFORMATION ON DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Our shipping rates are based on the item being shipping, weight & size. We offer a flat UPS ground shipping rate on most items of $8.95 to a business address & $12.95 to a residential address payable in US funds ($) within the continental United States. Next day or 2nd day air shipping is available for an extra charge. If any item is heavy or oversized, we will contact you about the extra charge before the order is completed.
Mopar Pro Shop can't gaurantee delivery times when shipping item via UPS, Fedex, USPS, or any other shipping company. We also can't control delivery times & availability of parts that are being shipped to us from Mopar. Most shipments are sent out via UPS ground. A time map is supplied below showing estimated times of delivery to your area via UPS ground services.
Some items may carry a "handling charge" due to be oversized or unboxed. This fee should be displayed in the product details section of the item you are looking to purchase. If any item is heavy or oversized, we will contact you about the extra charge before the order is completed.
Large items, such as crate engine, engine blocks, large sheet metal, will be charged exact truck freight. Mopar Pro Shop uses carriers such as YRC, Fedex Freight, UPS Freight, or 3rd party drop shipping methods, depending on destination and price. We will contact you about the extra charge before the order is completed.
We insure all items that are being shipped. Extra insurance can be purchased for an additional fee. If you decide not to purchase the extra insurance, you may be responsible for any loss or damages.
If you receive a damaged item, DO NOT REFUSE OR SHIP IT BACK. Call Mopar Pro Shop at 1.800.999.1456, or 803.461.7700, so we can start a claim with the carrier on the damaged or missing item(s). If you refuse or send back the damaged or incomplete order, the carrier may not honor the claim, and you may be responsible for any loss or damages. International shipments are subject to further verification or rejection. Verification process may take up to 30 days.

When we ship to your physical address, all quotes are DDP quoted. That means all freight, pickup fees, duties, txes, fuel, surcharges, custom clearances, insurance, handling, added value tax, and delivery fees are pre paid before it leaves the United States.
When we ship to a seaport or airport, all quotes are not DDP quoted. The standard quote covers freight, fuel, and insurance only. You are responsible for pickup fees, duties, taxes, surcharges, custom clearances, handling and added value tax before it leaves the receiving seaport or airport.
Some parts we sell, such as hazmat & cleaning chemicals, can't be shipped outside the cont. United States.
